Yeah that’s how it always is, they think the thing is jist helping. I actually and very surprising (in the best way possible) haven’t had anyone in my family pass from drugs. I actually have thought about it as a kid, and it’s very fucking clear my family was placed here for something. My dads side is huge and I never see any of them but becacause the size, there’s more people on drugs. And the main brother was supplying the drugs, my dads grandma passed but because a heart attack, or heart problems I believe when I was little &my grandpa on my moms side has passed, not from drugs tho. I’ve had my aunt die for a few mins from drugs, she came back to life tho. My dad “should of” like died probably about 10 times with the things he has done and just what has happened with his body. But that man is still standing along with the others, they all have a mission I just wonder if they can knock some sense to understand it. But moms side is tiny. Still surrounded by drugs, but my moms side is so spiritual. My dads side is Christian, my dads dad is a pastor so it just a crazy mix. My family is so strong. It actually amazes me tho. But I am so so sorry for your loss. I think about my brother daily and he loves cars and racing so I am constantly just praying for him because I can never imagine that. I love that dude, I’m so sorry. But her soul is only here now to help you and your family more, he soul was taken to help you guys, she couldn’t help herself here so now she loves being around u all in spirit!<3 I do struggle with addiction yes, but I have always sense I was a kid, noticed what it does to people tho and stayed away, then I smoked weed and let’s just say I have a relationship w weed that’s like just kinda too much.. but I’m figuring it out and I have the will power. Oh yeah I feel you on the weed thing, like you said it is done out of boredom oftentimes. Weed isn 't directly hurtful to someone in the same way that many other drugs are, but it certainly comes with an opportunity cost. Time spent constantly smoking is time that could be spent with friends at the park or the family at an outing or any number of things that would be "real "living and making good memories. People being addicted to weed is kind of like being addicted to television, sure it 's not that bad for you but if you do it all the time then you 're just sitting around inside and what 's the point of living a life like that? There 's more to experience in this world.

It 's not any better pay than my current job, which is fully remote and flexible. It would have been really cool to have "Senior Developer at Apple "on my resume ngl, but it doesn 't make sense for me atm for several reasons. Makes sense. My last partner was a waitress when we met, she wanted to go to veterinarian school but couldn 't because of the cost as well as not enough time time to study since she worked full-time for rent and whatnot. But eventually she was able to leave her waitressing job and go to school full time since I was working. She did get a part-time job, but it was at a veterinarian clinic at an assistant so it was both keeping her busy and not "being a mooch "(her words, I never looked at it like that but I understand why she would have felt that way if she didn 't work at all), and it also was helpful because it was relevant to her degree she was getting. That was a really good setup, we still sprinkled in trips and whatnot but after a few years she graduated and got full-time job at a clinic.

Well spirituality is just a way of life but as a person I have Intuition (we all do just some can’t tap into it bc trauma or their mind) &I am empathic, and I’ve been told I can heal. My Intuition isn’t as crazy as a psychic you would go to, but on my day to day life I can still have great intuition for what’s about to come and stuff like that. A couple times a month I go to Walmart to get several bags filled with the oldest looking fruits, then I go to the park and feed it to the fish and birds. It saves the fruit from the being thrown away and puts it back in nature where it belongs. Also I imagine the animals are thankful, so that feels good.

I don 't remember exactly, you said your Mom 's family is spiritual? Was their divorce what got you started on the spiritual path yourself?
Hahahahahha for real!!! And yeah I would say they are more open minded but on that side of my fam I have some psychics and just pst witches and stuff but not as many just some but yeah &my dads side my gpa is a pastor so I legit have a huge mix of a lot haha but it’s nice cuz the Bible and reigions are just messed up so I have found truths in between what we have been told, it’s all a mix. And no I just think I naturally awakened then, my kundalini awakening was when I was 16 in that summer and it is a random awakening that’s rare and you can’t force it cause if you do you will have extreme pain. But yeah I mean in our lives the bad stuff that builds Trauma in us is what actually gets us like thinking differently than “normal ppl” but that depends on who u are and if u want to work thru the trauma to grow spiritually. A lot of menatal disorders shouldn’t be a thing either. The thing is a lot of bi poor people just weren’t taught how to love, and same with narcissist. They all are just hidden with so much trauma to where they actually could be insanely spiritual. But they connect to what their doctor or therapist tells them.. like I seriously also thought I was autistic adhd bi polar lmaooo but that’s how I have came up woth this tho &w being around so many narcissist just had shown me it’s just deep trauma that’s been routed life after life.

Since talking to you I 've been trying to learn about energy and I found on this site, there is this page in particular that really stood out to me. It 's about processing emotions in a healthy way, I suspect that most "emotionally healthy "people do this by default (people like you) but I never have. It 's funny how different people are, but have the same general behavior. Like I had an "awakening "(not the same kind I 'm sure but definitely I had some sudden realizations that changed me a lot). And since then I 've been so tuned in with business/work side of life. And I see all these people, particularly our younger generations, that struggle with their career and what they want to do with themselves and are resigned to "Work sucks, I will always be broke, that 's life ". And I almost feel bad because that stuff is so natural for me, I wish I could share/teach that to other people.

Buddhism is awesome. Last year someone from ebay accidentally mailed me the wrong thing and sent me a book about "Christianity and other major world religions ". So I read about Buddhism and their ideas for the differences between on Samatha and Vipassana meditation was so helpful to me. Like I said I 've always bottled stuff up but it would still pop up in my subconscious, and practicing those two types of meditation made it easier to recognize when those buried emotions are having an effect on my thoughts in the background.

Because I could also pretty much do that w my esthetician license bc maybe have add ons? Idk I’m trying to find a good page I think I found someone I like but they all are so differently priced and maybe I should just wait because maybe it will come to me? Kind of. When I 'm learning about something I find people that know a lot about it and talk to them to get pointers on what to research, so I write down their pointers and then take notes later on. A lotttt of learning resources are generic and boiled down to "Top 10 things about blah ", so it 's helpful to get insight from people who know what 's up. Saves a lot of time and I try to repay the favor in some way, usually money of some kind so it 's not a whole lot different than paying for a tutor I suppose. I 've met some awesome people this way.

I have this problem and just this literal past year when me and my ex broke up (literal trauma came up but it’s ok bc I am way stronger now) but since him it like helped me to learn from others, and and him were a mirror, so I learned what a “mirror” can mean and just realized that people are meant to teach us so much, just by the actions he taught me that I don’t listen to anyone at all (at the time) like I wouldn’t At all but he wouldn’t either, like if I tried to teach him something he would straight up tell me it was wrong so I would look up my prooof lol and prove it (which isn’t rlly needed either) so I learned a lot and now I can finally learn from others like by a mirror but for some reason this convo just opened me up. That’s what I mean by effort. I love helping people with my whole heart and the advice I give but I want them to make the effort to change the perspective no Mather how dumb I sound hahah, cause I really can help people live an amazing happy life. Just by the steps I took. But it’s up to them to put in the effort. But my roommate I have helped her a ton and she’s out in so much effort and we can see the change! And my other friend I’ve been helping this past year so it is now a year around today, but I was helping her just get in her Element &showing her how to really use her voice cause it is strong but she used too let people walk over her and just more, and all our friends got together and told her that they can see the change AND THAT MADE ME SO HAPPY ! It’s been a year and I’ve helped her and the fact they saw the change was beautiful, I’m proud of my friend and me for that journey

Yeah, I stand by everything I said in the clip. She didn 't know who she was and looked to me for guidance, as she grew we grew in separate directions. We tried a lot of counseling, very hard to accept that we just didn 't love each other as partners, it was more like roommates or teacher/student relationship. Yeah upbringing was pretty bad, Mom was married to a crazy abusive drug dealer for a long time and we were always moving around and living with her different boyfriend 's because she could never provide a stable home herself, I definitely have attached myself to my job and income as a way of "getting out "of that lifestyle and making sure that my kids don 't have that lifestyle. In a lot of ways I am thankful for my job and think it does suit me well to be the person making money but there are some ways that I 've taken it too far and identify with it as part of my personality rather than just a means to an end

Are you sure they are sex addictions? I ask because Guys, especially young guys, will want sex regardless of how a relationship is going while girls are much more inclined to only want sex if things in the relationship are going well and she 's confident that it 's going to last awhile
If you 've had the same problem with multiple ex 's, it 's quite likely that you didn 't want sex because you knew something wrong in the relationship (which is clear in hindsight because y 'all broke up eventually), and we maybe that made them look like sex addicts compared to you but it 's natural for young guys their age
Not saying sex and porn addiction doesn 't exist, because it definitely does. But it 's more common for two people to just not be compatible together, that 's the root cause and the side effects being that guys use porn or push her into having boring/clinical sex she doesn 't really want to be having.
I mean if it 's a guy that asked me this question my response would be "Porn is bad for your mind and relationship, cut it out immediately and focus on making the relationship better so that she actually wants to have sex with you. If you can 't make that work then reconsider the relationship "
Yes I attract sex addicts. 4 of them. My only boyfriends I’ve had. The first one punched walls &got mad if I didn’t. I will say when I was (I do a lot of trauma healing so I know myself well and why to the things I do) 11 years old I had a weird problem with sex like I was only 11 I didn’t know what masterbation was but I knew what other stuff was, I had relationships and shit online so I could p much be weird as fuck. I was way to sexual, one day I felt so fucking bad and told my mom and we worked thru that and stuff bc as a lil bean I knew it wasn’t right. I feel like I’m a way I’m meant to show these guys like the truth to sex. But anyways because of my childhood in that one way I felt so bad I told my mom and I think I repressed everything. So I think that’s why I can live with out sex, I still would have sex all the time w the ppl that were addicted it’s like there energy came theu me and we would definitely have sex a lot but then some weeks none ans then that right there would make them go nuts. Which I get but they need to handle it and when they went nuts I wouldn’t want to have sex but sometimes still would. But I think I repressed that side of me so I’m not fully comfortable w sex I’m so fucking shy and scared to do anything. And I know just with who I am anytime I am shy Or scared of something will refuse to do that specific something until I feel comfortable obviously a lot of these guys all made me feel comfortable and I still had sex with them but I’m not fully comfortable when I do it because I know I could be doing more but I’m just so shy with that realm which this isn’t my problem and I can figure that on my own so I don’t need help with that. But the thing I just hope u see is I think I meant to help these people with it. But I don’t know how. So the the things is yes they all are sex addicts. I can 't say that I 've really ever had those issues myself, I mean I did the porn thing a lot when I was addicted to stimulants but that is basically everybody that is addicted to stimulants and as soon as I quit doing drugs I stopped the porn. I 'm also not that much of an overwhelmingly sexual person myself so personally I don 't have a lot of experience with that
But the programs and systems that I used to get clean are also applicable to other kinds of addictions, like we have sex addicts and gambling addicts come through and they are all helped a lot as well. All I can really do is give you links to them?

A lot of times what happens is that you 'll have like a a married couple that comes into the meetings and the husband goes to the addiction meeting and then the wife goes into the friends and family meeting, but you don 't have to go to the meetings at all You can just go and pick up a book and then do the programs yourselves at home

The other book I keep with me is from Dr Wayne Dyer and it 's really helpful to me at reminding me how to stay balanced
